Executive Assistant
Kelsi Pearsey graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Nursing and brought her natural compassion and detail-oriented mindset into the world of estate planning. After marrying Ben in 2022, she joined No Worry Retirement to support client communication, scheduling, follow-up, and education.
Kelsi’s nursing background makes her especially passionate about helping families prepare for medical decisions, long-term care considerations, and healthcare powers of attorney. In January 2025, she and Ben welcomed their first son, adding even more purpose to her mission of helping families protect the people they love most.
