Jon Pearsey grew up surrounded by the work of helping families prepare for the future, spending many years learning from his father, Brad. He graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Psychology — a background that gives him a unique ability to communicate clearly, understand family dynamics, and guide clients through important decisions with empathy.

Jon is a licensed insurance agent and plays a key role in No Worry Retirement’s planning process. He combines technical knowledge with a calm, thoughtful approach, helping clients navigate Medicare, life insurance, and foundational estate planning.
